The Quality Management System, which conforms to the ISO 9001 and ISO TS 16949 standards,
has been applied to all of the Group's activities in order to ensure the harmonisation of Quality practices on all of its sites.

The Group's Quality Management department, based in Langeais, defines the Quality Policy and implements and ensures application of procedures. It also manages the continuous improvement policy and is responsible for customer satisfaction.
The Project Quality department, in conjunction with the Project Groups, defines the Customer Requirements, develops the Quality documents and validates products and processes.
The Group's Supplier Quality Department, in conjunction with the Group's Purchasing Department, carries out supplier selection and evaluation audits, defines the Specifications, validates the Quality documents and performs process audits.
The Site Quality department ensures the correct application of the Quality Management System. It is responsible for customer satisfaction and promotes continuous improvement within the site.
